Where is Charr manufactured?
In Canada! We keep it local for quality control, but the flavors? Those came from much farther away.
What can I use the BBQ sauces?
Think beyond the grill. Great for marinades, stir-fries, pizza, sandwiches, or stirred into rice and curries. Basically anywhere you'd use any sauce, but better.
What can I use the Maple Chilli Drizzle?
Drizzle over Pizza, Salad, Cheese, Eggs, Avocado, Fried Chicken, Noodles, Stir-fry, Sandwich, Roasted Vegetables, Proteins, Marinate, Dip or Top. One Drizzle - endless possibilties.
Which BBQ sauce should I try first?
We recommend Persian first. Saffron and lime with a mild kick, perfect on chicken. It's a flavor you've probably never tried before.
Which Drizzle should I try first?
We recommend Tamarind first. Bold, Sweet, Tangy, and Hot. It's a flavor you've probably never tried before.
Is the Drizzle a Hot Maple? A Chilli Oil?
Charr Maple Drizzle is a step above chilli oils and hot maples. It's a chunky drizzle led by grade A Canadian maple. Unlike Chilli oils, this is not oil-forward, unlike hot maple, this is deliciously textured and chunky.
Is Charr Organic?
Our products are not certified organic - we strive to use exciting, unique, high-quality ingredients. If these ingredients were also certified organic, our products would be much less accessible and affordable for our customers.
Does Charr need to be refrigerated after opening?
Yes! Fresh ingredients go in, our cooking process keeps the flavor locked in, and your fridge keeps everything perfect for months.
Is Charr Vegan, Gluten, and Nut-Free?
All our sauces are vegan, gluten, and nut-free, and we make them in a nut-free, dairy-free facility. Big flavors, zero worries.
How long do unopened bottles last?
They'll last 2 years unopened. Though you'll finish them way sooner.
How do I track my order?
You'll get tracking information by email once your order ships. From there, you can follow it all the way to your door.
Does Charr ship globally?
We're Canada-only for now, but global shipping is coming. We promise these flavors are worth the wait.
